ORDER PROCESSING
We dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt so you can start enjoying your new products ASAP.
SHIPPING COSTS
£3.50 standard (2-3 working days) for orders under £40.
Free tracked (2-3 working days) for orders over £40.
International orders are sent tracked and delivery varies from 7-15 working days depending on destination.
Shipping prices vary based on weight and country.

Please note shipping costs, international customs fees and taxes are responsibility of the customer. No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays, duty fees beyond our control, or for unclaimed packages.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo, if your order is defective, or damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong order so that we can rectify it ASAP.
Return & Refund Policy
Product satisfaction is very important to us and we always aim to produce the highest quality products, however, if you are not satisfied or if you believe your product is faulty please contact us via the website within 14 days of purchase with a photo of the fault and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any of our skincare items.
We can accept returns for our accessories as long as they are returned unused and received within 14 days.
Please note that the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs involved in returns and exchanges.
